Klöckner Pentaplast 

Spin-off of flexible packaging sites

In order to focus on its core business (rigid films), Klöckner Pentaplast decided to divest its flexible packaging sites ( 3 plants // €50 million sales )

Dalian Danor Printing Packaging Co. Ltd. 

Establishment of a German-Chinese joint venture for NORDENIA International AG (today Mondi)

NORDENIA, as one of the main suppliers of flexible packaging for P & G, was asked to follow its customer to China for the production of packaging materials. A 50/50 joint venture was established with a Chinese partner.
